The negative feedback I received is an inaccurate representation of how I do business.

I do not offer free shipping as is clearly stated in my listings 3 times. Buyer asked for a shipping quote which was provided to him after he agreed on the price of the item (saved in ebay messages). Nothing changed. I do not collect the shipping cost, it is paid to an independent shipper.

Shipping is not FREE, please get a shipping quote. *You will receive an invoice from ebay after the sale for payment, although the shipping cost will say "zero" it does not mean shipping is free.”

Description:

Victorian oak sideboard with hooded top, carved front and crest, attributed to R.J. Horner.  It measures 93.5" tall by 78" wide by 28" deep. If you need additional information or pictures, please email me. Can be picked up at my store or shipped at the buyer's expense.

Shipping policy:

For items that can be sent by UPS, I will take it to The UPS Store to be packaged and shipped at the buyer's expense and email you that it's there. It is then the responsibility of the buyer to call The UPS Store to get a time frame and cost for packing and shipping and pay them directly. It is located in Rhinebeck, NY 12572.

For items going by freight, I will provide the buyer with shippers I recommend. It is then the responsibility of the buyer to contact them for the cost and delivery time. I will email the buyer when the item or items have been picked up by the shipper.
