This enamel bracelet charm shows the floral clock in Ostend Belgium.  It is slightly smaller than a dime, about ⁵/₈” long, ⁷/₁₆” wide, weighs 1.2 grams.  Unmarked, not sterling, most likely nickel silver.  In excellent condition, please see photos.
