Shipping Terms
Ships within 24 hours on most occasions.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. 
We cannot guarantee transit times.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost.
We do not ship internationally direct.
Only ship to the lower 48 states and United States Territories when appropriate and feasible.

Return Policies
Please use the eBay return process for all returns.
Return request needs to be within 14 days of receipt if selected by the seller that returns are accepted.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
All returns must be sent pre-paid, we are not responsible for return shipping. 
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Original shipping/handling fees will not be credited.
Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.

Cancellation Policies
An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

Please Note:  What you see is what is shipped.  Most of our inventory is New Old Stock. We advertise items as NOS, it means NEW OLD STOCK. NOS means that the item is new and may be missing its box/wrapping or that it is there and the label is faded or missing or partially there. And there is a strong possibility that the item's wrapping may not be LOOKING like new or maybe altogether missing.
