New, with tags, 1980's to early 1990's ( Robinson-May Dept stores were bought by Macy's) Express brand. Nylon outer, poly liner with mini pocket. Elastic waist with drawstring. Can be used as casual shorts -has 3 pockets outside, or as a swimsuit has liner, no fly. Also athletic shorts. True 1980's fashion style.

measurements: Men's large : 30" waist laid flat on table, will stretch to 42" max, so will best fit 32" to 40" waists. 6" inseam. 17" out seam ( or total length), 13" rise. 12" leg openings.

Care: Machine wash cold, mild dry, do not bleach.
