| Striking and unusual is this formal dress designed by Madeline Gardner for Mori Lee Bridesmaids! Fabric is a purple poly chiffon over light yellow, giving it a sort of iridescent appearance. Features include a lightly padded bra top, raised waistline inset edged with narrow velvet ribbons above and below, scrolling bead work along the upper edge between the velvet ribbon straps, and a full A-line silhouette. It is beautifully made with two layers of light yellow lining under the purple chiffon outer layer.
The seams of the outer layer are bound in yellow so they don't show against the lining and look nice and finished. There are four very neatly stitched-in stays in back as well as another on each side. Closure is a zipper up the back.

Dress is New With Tags and has never been worn. We think it was a sample dress from a bridal boutique. There is a small hole in the chiffon near the side seam under the arm that looks like a tag may have been attached. There is also one of similar size near that same side seam about 11 inches from the hemline. No one will ever see it especially in the fullness of the dress, and also if the dress is shortened.
