DESCRIPTION

More shine than shadow, Milani Fierce Foil Eyeshine glides smoothly across lids, leaving a buildable sheen that looks beautiful worn alone or on top of eyeshadow for extra intensity. APLICATION

Tap applicator onto color and glide over eye, starting close to lash line. Blend and build with applicator or fingertip to create a luxurious look. Reapply as needed. A little goes a long way!
