This is a hand-painted  1.5 Liter Sports Wine Bottle that is frosted first and sealed which is then hand painted in full color. No decals are ever used and the bottle can be personalized at no additional cost. 

It has a string of mini lights fed through the bottom where a hole has been hand drilled. The lights plug into an outlet, they are not battery operated. Multiple lights enhance the design instead of just one area of the block. The bottle does not get hot with these lights and should one light go out the rest remain lit.
