Antique Schutz Blansko Austrian Majolica Birds and Flower Platter Charger

This beautiful plate has been made by Schütz in the Blansko factory, now in the Czech Repubilc, in pre war Austria, c 1880-90

It has beautiful colours, pink, yellow, green, blue, brown and red. The background is pale green.

There is a 1,8 cm x 0,4 cm chip on the back of the edge, slightly visible from the front, and two minor glazing loss in the internal rim; otherwise is in good condition, with no crazing or cracking. There is no colour loss on the rim, it is only light refection what seen in the photos

It is marked with the impressed oval mark Schütz Blansko, and bears impressed the numbers 595 and 2.

It is pierced for hanging to the wall.
