Flax seed oil, Sunflower seed oil, Sesame seed oil, Coconut oil, Evening primrose oil, Soy lecithin (GMO-free), Rice bran and oat bran germ oils, Tocotrienol.
Serving size: For adults , 1 tablespoon per 50lb of bodyweight
Children: Administer the oil in proportion to weight. If you weigh 100 pounds and use 3 dessert spoons each day, a 10 pound child should take about 1/10th as much as you. However, because children are more metabolically active than grown-ups, they may need a little more oil than is proportional to their weight.
Children under 3 years: 1 teaspoon every 2 days
Children aged 3 - 8: 1 teaspoon a day
Children aged 8 - 12: 1 tablespoon a day
Children over 12: 1-2 tablespoons per day
Suggest use: Pour around 1-2 tablespoons of this nutritious oil on your food:

Udo`s Choice Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with cold, warm, and hot (once off the heat source) foods but avoid cooking or frying as this damages the delicate structure of the oils, and greatly reduces their nutritional benefits. Mixing into prepared food at serving temperature is preferred.
Favourite uses are in salads, protein shakes, yoghurt, juices, soups, on steamed vegetables, rice, and pastas, and with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
Storage: Keep refridgerated
If your product arrives damaged please Contact Us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient. If your purchase is unsatisfactory return the goods to us within 14 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Next day delivery service is available by purchasing Royal Mail special delivery. This would be delivered by either Royal Mail or one of our selected couriers. All purchases for next day delivery must be purchased before 1 pm and funds must be cleared in order for item to be dispatched for next day delivery.

International Shipping
Items posted international are posted with Royal Mail Standard International, Royal Mail Tracked/Signed service or one of our selected couriers depending on the service you choose at checkout, value and weight of your order. Items are dispatched (Packed and handed to Royal Mail or our selected courier) the same day as long as purchase is made before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday. Items posted international usually take 3-5 days within Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe with Royal Mail. Items can however take up to 3 weeks if there are delays with the post.
Custom Charges
Our prices do not include custom taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance and these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).
