Any order shipped outside of USA is sent via USPS Parcel Post Service. We ship immediately after the payment clears. Sometimes there are delays caused by the US Postal Service and international customs agents,which is not our responsibility. These delays can cause shipments to take up to several weeks to get to the customers.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The buyers must pay for them.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns
If you want to return your item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days.
Buyer must pay for return shipping. We recommend using services with tracking number to avoid further issues.
The item must be in original, unworn, unopened condition with all the original tags and labels attached. Items missing original tags and labels will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
We will issue full refund within 3 days upon arrival of the item.
We will not accept return of any damaged or worn items.
