The Capellini are a pasta shape with a square diameter of 1mm. The recommended thickness of the dough is at positions 8 or 9 of the regulator of the pasta machine.

You can use it by hand with the special crank or with the pastadrive motor.

atlas 150 Accessories are made of chromed steel with anodized aluminum alloy rollers to not release metals on the pasta and guarantee a 100% healthy and genuine product.

They can be easily applied to the atlas 150 models and can be used with the pastadrive * motor to make your work even faster.  
(* for safety reasons the motor cannot be applied to mafaldine, pappardelle, reginette, ravioli , raviolini formats).
