The price listed is for a like for like boiler change (swap) 

This means the new boiler will go in the same position and location as your existing boiler, and new boiler will be connected to your existing pipework.

  • Free Chemical Flush including inhibitors

  • Free Water quality assessment will be carried out at the end of the flush.

Pipe Work

If your gas pipe needs to be upgraded for a better flow rate from 15mm to 22mm this will be clearly stated before any work is carried out, so it is important we understand what pipework supplies your current boiler. We can assess this by a free call out engineer’s visit for a survey, or in most cases we can assess this via pictures sent to us either via WhatsApp or email.

Payment must be made on day of completion

You will receive a gas safety certificate; boiler benchmark will be completed; we will register your boiler with Gas Safe and the boiler manufacture for your boiler warranty.

CONVENTIONAL SYSTEM (Tank system)? NO PROBLEM…

If you have a system boiler or a regular boiler with a cylinder tank for hot water storage and you wish to change/upgrade it for a combi boiler, this will be charged at an additional £800.00+VAT



This will include: 

  • Removal of your hot water cylinder and the tanks in the loft.

  • All pipework altered to suit the new combi boiler.

  • All waste will be removed properly disposed of.
