PART 1 : 7 " TFT LCD QUAD / SPLIT SCREEN MONITOR WISH DVR RECORDING

The recording file stored in SD card, maximum 64G. When play the videotape, 15 minutes is a segment(you can set up the time), each camera has a separate video file.The unit can re record on the same card in a loop.

 

This unit can support one camera with audio, so the driver can hear instructions immediately from the person guiding him at the rear of the RV. Please kinkly note, we will send unit without audio as default, if need audio unit, please contact us.

 

Appearance and Keystroke function:

We can set the image mode through three Keystroke: #2, #6, #7 and #8. Press the "AV(#2)" button over and over again, monitor will show single video, dual video, triple video, quad video in turn.

 

Remote Control Instruction:

We must use this remote control to set all DVR function.

DVR main menu:

Wiring Instruction:

AV1/AV2/AV3/AV4 with trigger wire, once trigger wire activated, i mage automatically switchover to corresponding camera, and take picture soon.

The power cable has 7 wires, their definition as follows:
Red and yellow wire: 12-32V
Black wire: GND
Green wire(remark 1): trigger wire, control V1
Purple wire(remark 2): trigger wire, control V2
Gray wire(remark 3): trigger wire, control V3
White wire(remark 4): trigger wire, control V4

Please kindly note: please take the red wire and yellow wire together, and then connect them to the 12~32 volt. This is important.

 

About the bracket of monitor:

The monitor has U-Braccket and Metal Bracket. Please kindly note: We will send U-Bracket as default, if need Metal Bracket, please send a message to us or write it in the comment when you order.

NOTE 2: About the Extend 4pin Cable
This system included 15m(49ft) cables, which is connect the monitor to the cameras. Please confirm the length of your vehicle. We can provide 4PIN cables in 5m(16ft), 10m(32ft) or 20m(65ft) lengths.

We passed following six basic experimental projects.

 

1. Resistance to vibration test and technical graphs

Project & test conditions:

Shockproof test

Confirmation of the project:

After the test, it should meet the general performance requirements, appearance should not have the Defect to affect the actual action and the energized image function is normal.

 

2. Humidification and caloric test & graphs

Project & test conditions:

Set the temperature is 70℃ to -40℃ and time is 2 hours as a circle. In the non-energized state to operate 60 circles. Then after 60 circles, put the camera in the condition of -10℃ to operate for 120H, each 24H verify related functionality.

Confirmation of the project:

After the test, all the functions of the camera should meet the requirements of general performance. There should be no defect on the appearance to affect the actual action or any blur (condensation) phenomena.

 

3. Continuous high temperature operation test and technical graphs

Project & test conditions:

Place the camera under a humidified ambient temperature of +85 ℃ for one hour, then energized it for 96 hours. External power supply voltage of 12V DC.

Confirmation of the project:

Function can be confirmed after energizing for 96 hours. When back to room temperature, it should meet the general requirements of performance and there should be no defect on the appearance to affect the actual action.

 

4. Low Temprature continuous operation test& diagram of curves

Project & test conditions:

Put the camera at the environment of absence of humidity and the temperature is around -40℃ for an hour, then energized it for 96 hours. External power supply voltage is 12V DC.

Confirmation of the project:

After energized for 96 hours to confirm the function. Back to the room temperature, all the functions should meet the requirements of general performance. Appearance should not have the defect to affect the actual action.

 

5. Momentary power cut test and additional electrostatic test chart.

 

A. Momentary power cut

Project & test conditions:

External power supply voltage 12V DC at standard temperature condition, momentary power cut for 10msec. Setting one circle of power supply and momentary power cut for 3 sec, and testing 10 times. The temperature: -30℃, 25℃, 85℃.

Confirmation of the project:

After 10 circles tests, according to the quality reliability, there will be no obvious differences of the image texture. After the test, all the functions should meet the requirements of general performance.

B. Additional electrostatic test chart

Project & test conditions:

Confirmation of the project:

When the power supply voltage is ±1kV, all the functions of the camera should meet the requirements of general performance.

When the power supply voltage is ±2kV, all the functions of the camera should meet the requirements of general performance after the test.

When the power supply voltage is ±5kV, there should no damage for the camera.

 

6. Waterproof test & Diagram of curves

Project & test conditions:

Put one meter deep water into a container, the place 3 cameras at 1.0m, 0.8m, 0.5m three positions for 60 minutes then take them out of the water.

Confirmation of the project:

After the test, the inner box should not have water and the lens face shall not be fuzzy.
