This auction is for ONE mobility scooter number plate sticker.  

Most people use it for the back of the scooter, but if you measure the size, you may also be able to fit one on the front.

The size of this plate is 163mm wide x 30mm high.

Can be personalised with any name / number / phrase - we recommend a maximum of 12 characters (a space counts as one character) but you can add more if you don't mind the writing being smaller.  We also sell plates stickers that include flags in a separate auction.

Once you have purchased, simply add a buyer message at checkout with the name / number combination that you'd like.

WHAT IF I WANT INTERESTING COLOURS?
You can choose your colours from the dropdown menu.  

WILL IT FIT THE SCOOTER?
Measure the space where you want to put it.  Ideally it should be at least 1cm bigger than the plate, all round.

DOES IT FIT OLDER MODELS?
There are many sizes and shapes of mobility scooter.  It is not possible for us to measure every one.  Please be careful to measure your item before purchasing. 

HOW LONG FOR DELIVERY / WHAT IF IT IS LATE?
We ask all buyers to allow a MINIMUM of TWO WEEKS for delivery, although most item will arrive significantly sooner. 

By purchasing this item you MUST AGREE to the following delivery criteria: If your item is personalised (is a custom size or has a name on it), it is NOT covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not have a right of cancellation because the item has been custom-made and cannot be re-sold. Below are our guidelines if problems arise:   LOST or DELAYED  ITEMS: If your item does not arrive, we can only claim for the loss of the item THREE WEEKS after the date of posting. You can be sent a free replacement at this point. We do not give refunds for items which do not arrive on time for special occasions, so please understand this when buying. 



QUALITY OF ITEM:
Don't be fooled by anybody's claims about the quality of anyone else's items.  We don't criticise our competitors. We feel that our feedback speaks for itself, and all buyers have a right to choose.  Yes, these stickers are cheaper than an aluminium or plastic plate, but we consider that to be a bonus not a negative!  

Please rest assured that this customisable number plate is made from PREMIUM EXTERIOR GRADE VINYL.  The benefits are:
  • Acrylic adhesive covering the whole of the back (self adhesive and will not be held up away from the scooter by sticky-fixers - kids and grandkids will not be able to pull it off easily!
  • Can be used indoors and out.  Completely rainproof.
  • High quality product made from the same vinyl used to make car decals 
  • Peel and fade resistant for 5+ years up to (can withstand a minimum temperature of -40 degrees and a maximum temperature of 105 degrees, so can be left outside in all weathers).  The letters will not peel off, as stated in other scaremongering auctions.  In fact, even if you deliberately try to pick the letters off, it is very difficult to detach them from the backing!  
  • Can be wiped clean without damage.
  • Aluminium plates can get hot in the sun, posing a safety risk, decals do not.
  • Really easy to add to the car. Simply peel and stick.  Allows for repositioning for a shirt while after application.
  • Matt finish (does not reflect glare which can make it hard to read).
  • 70 microns (less than 1mm thick).  It is very difficult for a young child to have the motor skills to pick or pull this off because of the strength of the adhesive.
  • Can be removed with force by and adult.  If you no longer need the scooter and you are selling it, simply pull the sticker off firmly and clean the area.
A WORD OF CAUTION...
Brand new scooters usually have a wax polish on them to make them look shiny and new.  Before applying the sticker, please give the area you wish to apply it to a good wipe with a wet cloth and allow it to DRY FULLY to enable your item to have the best chance of adhering to the car without any dust, air bubbles or contaminants.  This would be the same for any of the plates you find here on eBay.
