Looks like 1970's Japan Toy Space Ray Gun with sparks.  Works well.  Pressed tin.  Gun is in great shape for its age, with a few light scratches.  Please see pix.  Measures approx. 6-3/4" long and 4" high.  Will be packed carefully.
