Wicked Racing is dedicated to bringing the best go-fast parts, gear and accessories to riders and their motorcycles. We are dedicated to the performance motorcycle industry and helping you make your motorcycle the best machine on track or street and you the most protected and comfortable rider possible. We do not stock every product under the sun but we do test and ride with the parts we sell and in the gear we stock. We use our decades of riding experience on both the street and race track, racing, touring and coaching to select only the best from the hundreds of thousands of available choices. We are not another site with little more than a rehashing on a distributor's catalog rather we are company built on providing fellow riders with the best products for their particular needs.

Shipping

We ship domestic orders via US Postal, UPS and FedEx. Items specific shipping information is included in the item description above and in the auction details. All items are shipped with tracking which we will provide to you via eBay as soon as the item ships. Please note that some orders may ship individually from multiple locations.
Please note: Tires CANNOT be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
International Customers: For items shipped by us import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country/location. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. These charges are not to be confused for additional shipping charges.
For orders shipped using eBay's Global Shipping program please check with eBay regarding import fees and taxes.

Post Sale Issues or Returns

If you have an issue with an order PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST by eBay Messaging We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Opening a case or leaving negative feedback will not help resolve an issue.

If you need to return an item please contact us first to get an RMA. Items returned without an RMA will be refused. All returns are subject to the following conditions: You may return items for a refund or an exchange so long as it is in as-new condition with all tags and packaging in place (in the case of helmets including the sticker on the visor). We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for used, installed or worn items, items with damaged packaging, removed tags and missing instructions, etc. for any reason. USED HELMETS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR LIABILITY REASONS. Please make sure to get an RMA# from us which will be valid for 14 days. Items not received within 14 days will be refused. Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. DO NOT use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. Customer pays return shipping. Once we receive the item(s) and make sure they adhere to the conditions above we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable. For items where the item is shipped "free" actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.
