• PayPal is the only form of payment accepted and Immediate Payment is required.
• Transactions cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. Please read the entire description prior to making a purchase.
• We can only ship to the address that PayPal verifies and sends to us. If you need to change the shipping address you must cancel the order and make the purchase with the correct address.
• We reserve the right to cancel your order if it does not pass verification, or seems fraudulent / suspicious.
• Please have a current and valid phone number at time of placing orders as we perform random phone calls verification. If during the verification we cannot validate the phone number we may cancel the order.

• Items usually ship 3-5 business days after payment is received.
• Items will not be shipped weekends or holidays.
• If you reside in an apartment building or complex please be sure to provide your apartment/suite number so that your shipment is not delayed by the shipping carrier. All returned or refused packages will incur shipping expenses to the buyer.
• We can only ship to the original address on the order. If you need to change address please ask for order cancellation and make the purchase again with the correct address.
• Please add a current and valid phone number since our delivery company requires this for all packages.
• Items can only be shipped to the lower 48 United States. FedEx packages cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
• We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies. We are not responsible for any Custom, Duty, or Taxes Fees
• Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer's error.
• Due to the current circumstances typical transit time is 5-10 business days after the item leaves our deposit.
• For all transit and delivery questions please contact the shipping carrier for more accurate information.
• All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.

• If your purchase does not meet your expectations you may return the item in an unused and unworn condition with all the original parts, accessories and tags attached. 
• We will not accept any returns without a prior approval and RMA (RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) issued by us.
• Upon returning the product please give us a detailed description of the problem.
• All items that customers open and then return them to us are subject to a charge fee of 20% after inspection as we have to sell them at lower prices as open box. 
• All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.
• We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for transactions older than 30 days.
