This listing is for a NEW Replacement Set of Troy Bilt Horse Tiller M-714-04014 1/4"x1 1/4" Made in USA hardened key and 2 M-GW-9511 snap rings which are 1" ID and 0.080 thick to match the late Horse axle number M-GW1578.  This axle was used on HORSE TILLERS II & III serial numbers 640000 through 855638 plus some other tillers.   All these parts are Made in USA!
