We ship out in on the same business day if the order was placed before 2PM CST otherwise we will ship on the next business day.

Note that even though our offices are located in North-West Florida, we ship from warehouses placed all around the country. We choose the closest location to you address that has the stock you need. If you need your item delivered quickly, please contact us so we can check on where the item will be shipped from and how long the transit time will be.

Custom Computers, Barebones, System, or bundled packages

All items that require us to configure and test (as custom built computers / barebones) or send it as a bundle will take up to 5 business days to be put together. They will usually ship within the 5 business days, if any problem is detected with the system, you will be notified of the delay as soon as possible.

When ordering, please make sure you provide us sufficient contact information (e-mail, phone number) to minimize the waiting time.

We ship only within United States, no exception. All orders will be shipped via Fedex or UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.

48 Continental US orders are typically received within 3-7 business days. Please check the shipping map for an estimate. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Orders to AK and HI are Subject to Additional Shipping Costs.
Because of their bulky packaging, we do not offer shipping to any PO Box type address for custom computers. A street address must be provided, and signature confirmation will be required on all shipments. Please inspect the package before signing for any visible damages to the box.

Important: All the packages are insured at no additional charge. We are not responsible for any damages or loss caused by the shipping carrier. In case of damage or loss the buyer is responsible to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package to file a claim with the shipping carrier. In case of damage please send us pictures of the damage to the product(s) and please keep the original packing materials (box, peanuts, air pockets) to support the claim. Without these we cannot file a claim. We are not responsible for the results of any claim.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the shipping cost printed on the label is higher than the shipping cost. This is mostly because the shipping charged includes the shipping plus packaging costs plus insurance and the fees that eBay and PayPal are charging on the shipping cost.
Returns are accepted for exchange or refund within 30 days.

Please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase if you want to return any item purchased and we will process the return request. Please allow us 5-10 business days from the date we receive the system to test the returned unit and re-send a functioning unit or issue a refund.

If the item return is determined as non defective a 10% re-stocking fee may apply (this will cover the original shipping and handling costs to the buyer). The item must not be damaged due to misuse or determined as damaged by the buyer, and should be sent in original package with no missing parts, cables, manuals or driver disks (where applicable). Also it must be packaged the same way you received it (double boxed, correct amount of box filling materials to avoid damage during shipment).

All Computer Systems have a 3-Year warranty for the original components starting at the original invoice date. We will replace or repair any component for a period of 3 years. If a component is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade solution.

Please contact us before returning an item. An RMA number is required for all returned items to make it easier to track your return. All returns should have a tracking number and be insured for damages during shipment.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all items sent back to us.

Sorry but we are unable to accept returns on opened software. All items are new, unless otherwise specified and they are covered by full manufacturer warranty.
