This is a wonderful thirty-year-old puzzle from the children’s special world of Sesame Street!  This is a take on the children’s classic rhyme, using the favorite Cookie Monster.  This is a Golden Frame-Tray Puzzle from 1989; ages 3-7, 11 pieces.  It has been used and has some were around the edges from use and storage (see pictures); there also was a previous owners name on the back.
