New with tags, no flaws. Men's 32" waist. 2 layers: outside is a mesh style, full inside lining (not just a swatch). Black with 2 blue stripes. Flash was used on last photos to show mesh style and design-it is sold black not gray. This is the mid length, not the shortest ones. Very well made and comfortable.
