Terms of Sale:

Please ask all questions before purchasing. We work hard to ensure happy customers and hope our buyers feel the same. This comes from a smoke free home.                           

Payment Terms:

Is required within 24 hours after purchase. Please let us know if payment needs to be delayed more than 24 hours. If other arrangements are not made, an unpaid item dispute will be filed.

Shipping:

Shipping is normally done the next business day after payment is received (Monday-Friday). United States shipping only. We ship via USPS.  A tracking number will be provided.                      

Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

The item has to be in the same condition as when shipped. All returned New items must be returned in New, unworn condition with all packaging and instructions.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping.( Unless it is a mistake of our part or for a defective item).

The initial shipping fees are not refundable. ( Unless it’s due to our mistake).

No exceptions! All non-defective items have a 15% restocking fee which is applied to all returns and cancellations.
