All of our parcels are delivered by DPD only. This is a fully tracked service. You will be able to track the parcel online at all stages of its journey. Transit time is usually 3-4 working days. Some EU countries take slightly longer. USA may take one to two weeks depending on custom clearance.

A: DPD Local You will receive an email/text on the morning of your delivery giving a 1 hour time slot so you know when to expect it. If the time is not convenient, you can reply to choose a different day.You can check your delivery window or check the progress of your parcel on the DPD website.If you are unavailable, the courier should leave a calling card and take the parcel back to your local depot. The delivery should then be automatically attempted the next day.
