This Visbella High-Performance RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is designed for high-torque applications. 

It offers improved adhesion to oily surfaces and is 3 x more oil resistant than generic silicones.

Application:

Valve covers, oil pans, timing gear covers, water pumps, thermostat housing, sealing electrical boxes, drive housings, exhaust manifolds.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Clean and dry all surfaces.

2. Cut nozzle to desired bead size, apply even continuous beads of silicon to the surface, surrounding all bolt holes. Remove all excess at once.

3. Assemble parts immediately. Do not squeeze out silicone by over-tightening bolts. Re-torque is not necessary.

4. Silicone “skins” and becomes tack free in 15-20 min., dries in 1 hour, and fully cures in 24 hours, measured at 21°C to minus 50% relative humidity. 

Allow more time in cold weather

5. Most paint will not adhere to silicone. The surface should be painted first, then sealed.

6. Replace cap after every use. Clean hands with a dry cloth. Clean tools with non-flammable cleaning fluid.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on parts that come into direct contact with gasoline.

***CAUTIONS: 

Uncured sealant causes eye and skin irritation. Acetic acid, which irritates eyes and respiratory tract is released during curing. FIRST AIDS: In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 min., call a physician immediately. If the product used in an industrial workplace, consult the MSDS available from your distributor before use.
