This is a very vintage inner tube patching station/tool, removed from the wall of an old gas station service bay.  This is a must for the guy restoring an old automotive garage with period correct equipment. This is a J.W. Speaker piece, it features the vise/clamp that pressed down on and inner tube patch while it dried.  The tool also features a working table surface that can fold down out of the way while the vise is in use (see last photo above).  All of the pieces are intact, and the threaded portion screws with finger tip pressure- - -easy deal.  This piece has patina galore, and I have left the patina intact.
