Shipping Policy:
Most orders placed by 3pm despatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day using Royal Mail 2nd class.
Royal Mail aim to deliver their 2nd Class mail in up to 3 days. Please note 2nd class is a not guaranteed services. Therefore, in the event of an item not arriving it is Royal Mail policy for us to have to wait for 15 days before an item delivered by any of these methods is considered lost and we can begin to sort a resolution to the problem for you.
Despatch times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Transit times don't include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider. For example, transit times for Royal Mail services include Monday to Saturday.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days. We cannot accept returns of opened items. We will only accept returns on items if they have not been used and are in their original packaging with all parts in tact "As New" condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be sent using a trackable means, i.e. Royal Mail Recorded or Courier. If you return your item by an untraceable means and it gets lost, we will not refund you. You would need to claim for your loss with Royal Mail or the Courier..
Any items with missing parts and assessed damaged at point of return (after full inspection) will not be eligible for for refund and will be sent back with cost of delivery charged to you.
We cannot accept returns of unwanted and non faulty items.
