This is really good especially when training. I had hit a plateau with my weight and no matter how hard I trained i couldn't seem to lose any extra weight. Ive used different t5s over the years and by far these are probably the best. My job involves a lot of running around and i found these really helpful for keeping you going all day without the crash at the end. Wasnt sure what to expect from these but I must say im pleasantly surprised. Great for an extra boost at the gym or just to get you through a busy day. Been losing a healthy 4lbs a week since starting 3 weeks ago.

Directions:
