I am no, so called, professional grading expert. I am a collector of many... years.  This card is made of plastic, or a plastic like material. I have "no" idea how you go about grading an item made of plastic, or a plastic like material. So, all I can say is this item looks nice to me. And you need to look these pictures over closely to ensure that it looks nice to you. You can decide... by looking at the pictures.
