Operating Instructions

1. Load the glue gun by inserting an 7mm diameter glue stick into the rear.
2. Pull the trigger to feed the glue stick forward.
3. Connect to main supply and switch on.
4. Wait 3 to 5 minutes for optimum temperature.
5. Operate the trigger to extract molten adhesive onto your project until the glue stick has been completely drawn into the rear.
6. Insert a new glue stick into the rear and repeat as necessary.
7. To switch off the tool, press the switch off button.

Safety Instructions

EIMASS hot glue gun can be used instead of nails, staples and liquid glues, however they should not be used in place of structural connections when heavy loads are involved.

1. Use 7mm diameter glue sticks designed for this tool.
2. Never remove a partially used glue stick as it could cause irreparable damage.
3. For best results ensure tool reaches its optimum temperature before starting to use it.
4. Do not leave the tool unattended when switched on.
5. Do not Touch the molten glue or nozzle when in use as it reaches extreme temperatures.
6. Carelessness can cause skin burns. If molten glue comes into contact with skin, immediately immerse in plenty of cold water and seek medical attention if necessary.
7. Allow the glue gun to cool down completely before storing.
8. Keep out of reach of children.
