All parts are used, therefore may have some signs of wear, including scratches, marks and/or dents. All of our items are checked, security watermarked and pictured before dispatch and are signed off as being in ‘working order’. If there’s any issues what-so-ever with the item(s) you receive, please contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All parts come with a 30 day warranty, providing they’ve been fitted by a trained mechanic and proof can be provided. We cannot be held liable for parts becoming faulty due to being fitted incorrectly. Again, please contact us if there is any issues.

If a part has arrived incorrectly, or has been ordered incorrectly, you have 14 days from the day you receive the item(s) to check them and inform us of a return, then a further 7 days to return the item(s) back to us. If a part has become faulty during the warranty period, you have 7 days to return the part back to us after notifying us. All this must be in writing either via email or letter. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to return any item(s) back to us for a refund. If you fail to inform us of a return before dispatching the item(s) back to us, we will not accept the return. Please note; we do not send parts out for diagnostic purposes. If we suspect this has taken place, we will not refund at all.
