ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1920s-1930s nurse graduation pin from the Joseph Lawrence Hospital Training School in New London, Connecticut. The original hospital opened in 1912. The pin was made by Robbins Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts in enameled 10 karat gold.
VINTAGE: Circa 1920s-1930s.
SIZE: Approximately 1" diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold, enamel.
ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
