Payment
Immediate payment is required for all sales by our store or a cancellation of your purchase will initiate automatically. Local Pick-Up is available by appointment only, please inquire for more information. GST/HST will be applied to Canadian buyers and is required by law. We will not ship our products until transaction is cleared.
Shipping
Your purchases are shipped FAST! Within 24 Hours of receiving your payment, most of your order will be shipped by Canadapost or Fedex. (Friday orders will be processed on next Monday). It usually takes 2-6 business days within Canada or 4-8 business days within USA.
Return Policy
30 Days Satisfaction Program Returns & Refunds don't have to be difficult. We make sure that you leave satisfied. Our exclusive Quick & Easy 30 Days Satisfaction Plan covers every item sold by Bricareau Water Specialist. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days from receipt of your item(s) to contact our customer service team to request a Return or Refund. Returns must be in the same condition as you received it right out of the box and included with all original packaging and accessories. Return Merchandise Authorization Customers need to contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization for returns, no exceptions! Bricareau Water Specialist does not accept returns of the products from purchases older than 30 days. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 50% of item's price.
