Mid-20th c vintage Japanese tin toys

DIMENSIONS:
5" Height x 13" Length x 4" Width

 CONDITION:
Fair to Good overall vintage condition. The tin metal cover that once enclosed the 3 'D' batteries in the built-in battery compartment underneath the boat is now missing. An unpainted tin flat bar was installed some time ago in its place to hold the batteries in position, not allowing them to fall out, once the boat is right-side up again. There's also some minor to moderate oxidation toward the rear of the side wheeler paddle boat, which isn't that noticeable and which doesn't significantly depreciate its overall value. No attempt has been made to conceal, remedy or otherwise disguise this occurrence. The vintage tin side wheeler paddle boat remains as it always was and is still in working condition. Imagine after some nearly 60 years, you were most likely sat on, thrown, neglected or left outside in the rain in a sandbox or even tortured by the family pet and you were after all these years still in working order? In quite well-preserved, overall vintage condition. Great fun and a great vintage Japanese tin toy.
