For sale is an *ALL METAL* lower steering column bearing kit for 73-79 Ford Trucks and 76-79 Broncos. This is a bolt-in replacement for the stock plastic piece which is typically in very poor condition and is no longer available from the dealer.  

Also works for 66-72 Ford Trucks and vintage Ford cars of similar age with minor modifications to the column tube.  You will need to drill out three spot welds so that you can remove all parts of the stock bearing, and then my kit can be installed in its place.  Please confirm fit by comparing with the dimensions given below.

•  FITS RIGHT  A full 2.125 inch outer diameter for a proper and snug fit in the column tube.  0.75 inch (shaft) inner diameter.  0.625 inch depth. Supplied with three stainless steel 1/4 inch cap screws and tapped mounting holes- bolts right into the three original rectangular holes of your '73-79 column tube!

• TOUGH 1/8 inch thick Drawn-Over-Mandrel (DOM) steel tubing is precisely cut, deburred, fitted into a jig for perfect concentricity, and MIG welded to the top plate where the bearing itself is secured. The bearing is a precision ground and sealed radial ball bearing.  You will not find a stronger combination!
  

This bearing will also work with Steeroids or similar power steering conversion kits for vintage Mustangs.
