When to Use Cyclone All-in-one Protein Powder

MaxiNutrition Cyclone is best consumed once a day, immediately after exercise or either a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack. For one serving, mix one and a half level scoops (60g) with 250-300ml of water in a MaxiNutrition shaker. Do not exceed 1 serving per day. Some may prefer to mix Cyclone with milk, but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories.
