Solace Bracing offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy based on the below:

We are happy to refund / exchange items that have been returned within 30 days of delivery so long as the item is unopened, unused and returned in as new condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns under this policy if the item has been used, tags removed or packaging thrown away/damaged.

If the item is faulty please contact us and we will provide instruction on how to return the item.
Shipping All items are packaged and sent securely with either a courier or Royal Mail. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday)**. Items won over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. Items will be posted by the service chosen during checkout.
