Invoice must be enclosed with any returns.
All parts returned must be Clean & Free from Fluids & Property Packaged to avoid damage.
We do not cover labour Costs.
Parts correctly supplied and then returned are subject to a Minimum
35% Handling Charge and only a Credit Note will be issued.
No Delivery Charges will be refunded.
No refunds/credits given on parts that have been tampered with.
Faulty/incorrect parts will be replaced. If no replacement is available, only then will a refund be issued.
Warranties cover Parts Only and only apply if parts are fitted by
a recognised independent specialist or approved dealer.
