RETURN POLICY:

  • We will gladly accept returns on any items that you purchase from us. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We want to make sure you get the right part you need, the first time! 
  • If you have any questions about compatibility, fitment, getting a more detailed description of an item, questions  about shipping costs, or anything else... P:lease send us a message and we will get back to you right away with an answer! 
  • If for some reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days to be issued a return authorization #, and return instructions. For a normal return where you have simply changed your mind on an item and no longer want it, You the Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Any items being returned must be in the same condition that they were when you originally received it from us. If an item is returned to us and it is not received in the same condition as it was when you received it, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged at our discretion.
  • If you are returning an item because it is defective then we will cover the return shipping to get it back to us. We will have you ship the item back to us using whatever your preferred carrier is. Then, once your defective item is received back to us kindly let us know how much you paid for the return shipping and we will either issue your PayPal account a credit, or issue you a credit back to your original payment method that you paid with. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, or if there are other items you want to order from us we can issue you a store credit upon your request.


SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, both within the United States and Internationally. If for some reason eBay's system does not calculate shipping correctly; following the end of the auction or following your payment, we will send you an invoice for the corrected amount if needed. We always try to ensure that eBay is Calculating shipping correctly. However, sometimes eBay does not calculate shipping correctly due to the fact that a lot of the items we sell are shipped in such odd and variously shaped boxes. Also some of the items we sell are quite heavy and require special packaging and overweight shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

  • WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE!
  • If you live outside of the United States please do not pay for your item until we send you an invoice for the total including correct shipping charges. The Buyer is always responsible for any customs fee's, taxes, duties or any extra charges that may be incurred during the shipment of your order. To help us expedite the processing and shipping of your order, kindly send us a message immediately following your purchase with your Entire shipping address. Please make sure to give us your Country Code and any other special information we may need to include on a customs form if that is applicable. We will then calculate the correct shipping for your order and send you an invoice through eBay to make the correct payment to us.
