ELECTRODES: If you are not a fan of using a probe, and suffer from urge or faecal incontinence, you have the option to use electrodes as an alternative. You will be supplied with the electrodes and the manual will contain a positional diagram for these electrodes. Giving you an alternative by stimulating the tibial nerve

PAIN RELIEF: the Sure Pro also comes with a TENS programme to help provide pain relief and pain relief management from chronic pelvic pain. Giving you the opportunity to relieve any form of pain, should you be suffering from it.

COMFORTABLE STIMULATION: The Sure Pro increases in 1 mA steps of intensity. This helps to give you more choice of intensity and find one that’s suitable and comfortable for you. Furthermore, it is safer for you as you will not experience sudden changes and differences in intensity – which could lead to discomfort.

SAFETY: your safety is paramount and we want you to feel confident using the Sure Pro. that is why it has open circuit detection capabilities meaning the device will reset to 0 to avoid any potential shocks or injuries. This occurs if it detects a break in the connection between the probe / electrode and your skin.

The TensCare Sure Pro utilises the technology from the clinical evidence to provide you with a device that can help with a variety of needs.

One of the main uses of the Sure Pro is for incontinence - whether this be urinary incontinence (stress, urge and mixed) or faecal incontinence. The Sure pro will have a programme to help. Furthermore, not only can this be administered via a probe (which will help tone and strengthen the pelvic floor) it can also be administered via electrode pads. Enabling you to have an alternative option to the probe, if this is not something you want to use.

The incontinence element of the product contains 11 preset programmes with a range of uses - there's programmes to help treat specific types of incontinence (stress, urge, mixed). However, there are other, specially, designed programmes to help with: lack of sensation; Pelvic floor workout and after care; an endurance programme to improve muscle endurance and 2 TIBN programmes for use with electrodes.

Also, this is one TENS (pain relief) programme to help ease chronic pelvic pain. Making this device great if you suffer either from incontinence, chronic pelvic pain or both at the same time. Giving you a versatile device. In addition, there are 3 custom programmes to allow you / a health care professional to design a programme suited to your individual needs.

Giving you plenty of options to help treat incontinence and also strengthen your pelvic floor to avoid further leaks

There are also an extra 3 preloaded custom programmes which allow you to create a more specific pre-set programme that can be used at a later date. Perfect if you want a heath care professional to create something for you or create your own to be remembered for later. You are given the freedom.

Dual Channel

the dual channel for Sure Pro means you are able to treat pain and some incontinence through the use of electrodes.

Incontinence is treated through "Transcutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation" which just means that the Tibial Nerve is stimulated. This is effective in the treatment of urge and faecal incontinence and provides and alternative to the conventional probe.

Furthermore, this dual channel also allows you to utilise the pain relief programme for chronic pelvic pain.
