The stamps are considered 'FINE' by my standards.
The margins are offset ever so slightly, but are still visible
There are some jagged edges or uneven cuts to the stamps as well, but not too, too bad.
There are 'NO' hinge marks present at this time.
The overall quality and design aesthetic is outstanding.
A rare find, indeed
This is also a lot of 4 stamps with 'NO' other issues present.
The colors are bold, the picture is clear and the typography is excellent.

**Historical Significance**
Posta Romana, also known as the Romanian Postal Service, is a Romanian state-owned and fully autonomous enterprise.
It's dedicated to the mailing, money transfers, and national/international courier services of the Universal Postal Service.
Stamps, similar to these, represent a 'BREAKTHROUGH' in their long standing postal tradition.
The Hotels & Hostels collection are no different. They depict a large array of hospitality venues which are known throughout Romania.
Many of which, like the ones depicted here, represent a unique part of Romanian culture that reflects both hospitality and inclusivity.
It's a wonderful collectors item with a unique part of world history, a must have for any collector.
