Rare real photograph stereoview card of the Camp of the U.S. Third Artillery camp in Malolos, Philippines. Dated the 1899, these soldiers were in place to fight during the Filipino American War / Philippino Insurrection that began towards and finished after the Spanish-American War.

Filipino troops who had fought alongside American troops against their common enemy, Spain. They turned to fight against their American comrades as the Spanish-American War came to an end and, instead of freedom, their country was given to the U.S. as a territory via the Paris Treaty.
