Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before 12 pm (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 will be sent on the next working day, although in most cases orders placed up until 2pm will be sent on the same day.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, unless additional postage rates are paid. This service can take 2-4 working days from the postal date for the delivery to arrive.
We offer a next day delivery service, for which there is an additional charge of £1.50.
Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Goods will be sent to the address given on the order, the PayPal confirmed address.
Returns
If cartridges are faulty, please contact us via eBay and we will refund/replace your items at your convenience - on receipt of the faulty goods.
Return postage is to be covered by the buyer.
If a refund is required original postage costs will also be refunded.
