You are bidding on a 8 x 10 black and white photograph of HMS Bedford 1901 , the County (Monmouth) Class cruiser , which served in the Royal Navy from 1903 until it’s tragic loss.

The Bedford, began her life, on February 19, 1900,  at the venerable Fairfield Shipbuilding yards , at Govan. She was launched ,on August 31, 1901,  and was commissioned into the Royal Navy on November 11, 1903.

She was wrecked on August 21, 1910, and sold for scrap.

Photograph one is undated, and shows an overall waterline port  beam view. 
Item two is a photo quality 8 x 10 colour statistics sheet showing her ships unofficial badge, general characteristics, callsign, trivia and the ensigns she proudly flew.

Item three is a photo quality short history of the Bedford, complete  with a list of her Commanding Officers.
