1994 PARKHURST MISSING LINK COMPLETE SET (1-180)

This 180-card set attempts to capture what a Parkhurst set might have looked like had one been produced for the 1956-57 NHL campaign. Although the inclusion of all six original teams may seen somewhat anachronistic (keeping in mind that Parkhurst, at that time, issued cards featuring Canadian-based players only) the set does capture the old-timer flavor. The simple design includes an isolated player photo (taken during 1955-56 season) over a cream colored background. A black bar runs along the left side of the card front, and contains the player name and team logo. Card backs include stats for the 1955-56 season and biographical information in both French and English. The set was released in one series, Boston Bruins' players (1-21), Chicago Blackhawks' players (22-42), Detroit Red Wings' players (43-63), Montreal Canadiens' players (64-85), New York Rangers' players (86-108), and Toronto Maple Leafs' players (109-134). Subsets include First Team All-Stars (135-140), Second Team All-Stars (141-146), Trophy Winners (147-152), Action Shots (153-168), Team Leaders (169-174), 1956 Playoffs and Stanley Cup (175-178), and 2-checklist (179-180).

1994 PARKHURST MISSING LINK POP-UPS SET (P1-P12)

The 12 die-cut cards were randomly inserted over two distribution channels: cards 1-6 in Canadian cases and 7-12 in American product. The cards feature the heroes of hockey's past in a design which approximates the style made famous by the 1936-37 O-Pee-Chee V304D set. The cards are created in such a way they may be popped open for a 3-D effect. The cards are numbered with a "P" prefix in the top left corner, and only 1,000 of each card were circulated.

1994 PARKHURST MISSING LINK FUTURE STARS (FS1-FS6)

The six cards in this set were randomly inserted in both US and Canadian product and featured well-known players who had yet to make their mark in the league by the 1956-57 season, the year which is represented in this set. The cards are numbered with an "FS" prefix.
