Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders and delivery address after they have been placed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure shipping address is checked and correct at the time of purchase.

All orders up to 2 kg will be sent with Royal Mail 1st class service and parcels from 2kg will be sent with courier service.

All of our delivery rates are applicable to a single parcel consignment under 25kg and may be higher for heavier / multi-parcel orders.

You must ensure that the goods are in their original condition (new, unused, clean) and adequately packaged to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
