Costumes come from our retail stores.   They are clearance priced and returns will only be accepted if notified on day of receipt and shipped next day of receiving in original package.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees so please look at size chart and remember that costumes do tend to run small.  Some costumes are old stock and packaging may not be in perfect condition.

We had 5 retail stores at one time for many years. Some costumes may have been tried on and may show a little wear. We have checked them for any damages prior to listing and will describe any problems. 

Because we do not work for USPS, we cannot guarantee delivery only guarantee that we take it to the post office.  Once it leaves our hands, we are no longer in control.  Tracking numbers are given to you under the purchases tab.  If package is shown as delivered and you do not receive it, it is up to buyer to contact their local post office.
