What to send us:

In order to fulfil your order, we would need to you ship the following parts to us: 

·     Your faulty EIS

·     Your keys

·     A suitable replacement EIS with the same part numbers (contact us first if the part numbers are not identical)

Please note: Ebay estimated delivery dates show won’t be accurate in this instance, since we need to await you shipping parts to us to complete this service. Rest assured that as soon a these parts are received, we will do our best to have the work completed and returned ASAP, via a tracked and insured means of shipping.

 

 

IMPORTANT!

If someone else has attempted to repair the unit, we cannot guarantee that they’ve not caused further damage or corrupted the memory etc, this can be a costly mistake to make. We suggest leaving this to the professionals with the correct knowledge and equipment to properly tackle these issues.

All parts are customer supplied, and therefore we cannot offer any warranty or returns on these parts.

We need to open the EIS to access the internal electronics for perform these services, we will remove any warranty labels/stickers etc as required to access these electronics, so the customer must understand that any warty or guarantee with the supplier will be invalidated and don't accept any liability for this. The customer accepts full responsibility for the parts at all times.

 

Should we encounter problems whereby we’re unable to read data from the EIS etc, then we’ll refund the service costs no problem, however the customer must pay all shipping costs for the return of their parts.
