  • We ship from Illinois using USPS or Fedex.
  • We only ship to Continental US States.
  • We do not ship to internationally.
  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, APO box addresses.
  • We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but it may take longer than estimated deliver date.
All shipment is done Monday through Friday during our business hours. Anything that is purchased after 3PM Central time, the order may get shipped the next business day.

Returns

  • All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged. (Items will refunded only for the item's cost and not for the shipping)
  • We may charge up to 35% of Re-stocking fee for returning non-defective items that are damaged, missing parts, no original packaging, heavily used, or any signs of physical damaged.
  • If the item is claimed damaged or defective, our technician will check them to make sure claim is accurate.
