Each mug is printed to order so please allow up to 5 working days for printing and posting from central London, especially during peak trading periods such as Christmas. 

To maintain customer fairness, orders are sent in a strict first in, first out order, we are unable to prioritise new overexerting orders if you have left it to the last moment to order.

As every mug is unique there may be slight variations in picture positioning to the shown picture. 

Please be aware that mugs may have minor imperfections such as pinholes, spot marks & indents.
