Collar insert is snug for best fit to not fall off tonearm.  Measurement is .304 inches in diameter which fits into end of tonearm.

Comes complete with crimped and soldered grip clip wire leads and pins on each end ... 4 color coded tonearm wire leads.  Gold type pins.

Be gentle when manipulating pins, you could damage pin ends by crushing or breaking pins.  Use proper tools to install cartridge on headshell.  Please see picture of pliers with warnings.
